He was a Founding Partner and Head of Brand Partnerships of the Allure Store, a 2-year perma-popup launched with Condé Nast in 2021 that welcomed 360+ brands and 450k visitors to its Soho location

Prior to that, from 2014-2020, David was a Partner at Wallplay, a boutique placemaking and creative marketing agency responsible for operating 30+ locations in NYC and hosting 700+ events/exhibitions/pop-ups, leading sales for the groundbreaking urban revitalization project OnCanal and co-authoring a pop-up toolkit with Googles SidewalkLabs. As an ongoing passion project since 2016, David has been helping Beauty brands enter the Chinese Cross-Border Ecommerce market, leveraging specialist expertise and longstanding personal networks within Alibaba Group, Xiaohongshu, JD.com, VIP.com, and other major ecom platforms.
