Digital Marketing Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define project scope, goals, strategy in collaboration with stakeholders for digital initiatives such as SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, and website projects
  • Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines, setting milestones and deadlines from ideation to launch
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering smooth collaboration and resolving blockers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, creating contingency plans when needed
  • Track performance and analyze results, using data to recommend optimizations
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) across all deliverables, including email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creatives
  • Close projects and conduct post-mortems, documenting learnings and best practices for future initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with confidence leading calls with U.S.-based clients
  • Strong experience using CRMs and project management tools such as Notion, Airtable, Monday, or similar platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
